2nd Annual Christ Over Cancer Day of Hope

May 23rd is the 2nd annual Christ Over Cancer Day of Hope. We will have survivors telling their personal stories of how God helped them deal with cancer. These stories are very encouraging and inspirational from someone who has "lived" it. We will also have uplifting acapella singing. This is not a program of sadness, but one to uplift. Please be a part. Starts @ 2pm on May 23rd.

Let's Light Up The Night

The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society's Light The Night Walk will be Oct 10th at 5:30 pm at Florence's Wilson Park. Raising money for cancer research is the main goal of this walk. The goal this year is $75,000. Please get involved and raise money for this worthy cause. Send an email using the "share my story" link on the right to become a team member. We all have a connection to cancer in some way unfortunately. Let's all do our part to rid the world of this disease.

What A Success!!!

Our Afternoon of Encouragement was a blessing with 200 people in attendance. The survivors and speakers were so inspirational and the Summerland Quartet's singing was truly amazing. God truly blessed the event and we believe people received His gift of Hope!!! Can't wait until next year. Keep checking back for new articles coming soon.
